Why they chose this property

This condo is part of a first line ocean view resort located in the Juan Dolio area. This place has a lot to offer including but not limited to been just 5 minutes walk from the Hemingway Beach, and a stone's throw away from Juan Dolio Beach and Guayacanes Beach.

Top restaurants and casual bars are the highlights of the nightlife, bank, pharmacy, currency exchange agency, dry cleaning place and convenient stores can all be found in this area.

Its proximity to Las Americas International Airport (SDQ) makes it an ideal place for family-friends getaways or for business trips.

Within a short drive from Juan Dolio you can get to one of my all-time favorite places to visit, the Three Eyes National Park (Parque Nacional Los Tres Ojos) is a 50-yard open-air limestone cave located in the Mirador del Este park, in the Santo Domingo Este. A series of three lakes, or ojos, the site is currently one of the most visited tourist attractions in the country.

Our place is conveniently located near the capital city Santo Domingo, San Pedro de Macoris and La Romana municipalities in the Dominican Republic.

What makes this property unique

What made me fall in love with this place was the view from the private balcony in the master bedroom. Been able to look at the Caribbean sea whilst enjoying the breeze in a complete private space to me it is special.
