In the year 2019 refurbished and partly newly built property in a fantastic location, right on the harbor in Tunnelstr. 31 the whole family experiences a first class holiday in the beautiful north dike.
Enjoy a top-level stay for 6 in our luxurious ground floor apartment: breathtaking comfort combined with a wonderful ambience and first-class amenities. This extensive, luxurious holiday home promises you an experience for the entire family. The apartment is equipped with numerous features that will make your stay even more enjoyable.

Stylish, flexible and modern - in our very well-equipped kitchen you will be tempted to dare to taste delicious, unusual recipes and let your cooking and baking fantasy run wild. Another highlight in the kitchen is a Quooker available - hot water for tea and for cooking directly from the tap - almost at the touch of a button ...

In the bright and comfortable living-dining room you have the opportunity to make yourself comfortable on the great feel-good landscape and to enjoy a cozy TV evening on the TV in HD quality.
A 180x200 cm luxury box spring bed can be found in the first bedroom. There is also a flat-screen TV available. Storage space for your luggage can be found in the wardrobe.
The second bedroom also offers a 180x200 cm luxury box spring bed. The flat-screen TV will take you to your dreams. The closet will gladly store your luggage during your stay.
Also in the third bedroom: space for dreams in the 180x200 cm boxspring bed. Complemented by wardrobe and flat screen TV.
Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower directly at the bedroom. To the 3 bathrooms there is a guest toilet on the corridor.
In the outdoor storage room there are two bicycles with a shopping basket and a cart.

tolle Wohnung mit mäßiger Terrasse

Bis aufs Unkraut, den defekten Gartenstühlen und dem fehlenden Strandkorb war die Wohnung gut bis sehr gut bei hochwertiger Ausstattung. Alles in allem war es ein guter Aufenthalt beim schönem Wetter.

Wir haben über Sylvester mit Familie in der Wohnung verbracht , und direkt fürs nächstes wieder gebucht . Die Ausstattung ist sehr nobel , wir hätten uns etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck gewünscht so mussten wir nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen . Die Sauberkeit war nicht so überragend ( Spinnenweben an den Decken , Fugen der Dusche verschmutzt ) Wir hoffen beim nächsten Besuch alles besser vorzufinden .

Super schön und modern

Super moderne und schöne Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung hat eine Pfanne gefehlt, wir haben bescheid gesagt und in kurzer Zeit wurde uns eine zur Verfügung gestellt. Einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag, Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern wäre schön.

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnug

Liebe Team von der Küstenzeit Wir ( das sind 3 Pärchen) haben die Zeit in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Wir haben einen Fahrradurlaub gemacht. Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und die ganze Kommunikation und auch die Vorbereitungen vom Team Küstenzeit waren wirklich sehr gut. Leider war einer der Küchenstühle defekt und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Wir haben dann einfach einen Terasssenstuhl benutzt. Ein kleiner Hinweis noch: Vielleicht sollten Sie mehr Messer bzw. Besteck in die Wohnung packen. Würde ein zu häufiges benutzen der Spülmaschine verhindern. Aber das nur am Rande. Wir hatten in der Wohning eine wirklich tolle Zeit und ich kann diese Wohnung wirklich sehr weiter empfehlen. VG Thomas

WEIHNACHTEN MIT DER ERWACHSENEN FAMILIE

Sehr gut konzipiertes Haus, vorallem für verschiedene Erwachsenen-Parteien: 3 Schlafzimmer- jeweils mit Bad - zusätzlich 1 Gäste WC. Grosser sehr gemütlicher Wohnraum. TIPP an die Gastgeber: Von Zeit zu Zeit wäre eine gründliche Reinigung aller Objekte nötig!

Toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Tolle Wohnung, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit guter Ausstattung. Insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Für uns der einzige kleine Nachteil: bei einer Wohnung für sechs Personen gab es nur einen Parkplatz. Da wir, wie auch zwei weitere Parteien, mit zwei Autos angereist sind und Drumherum keine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit besteht, war das Parken etwas schwierig. Wir können die Unterkunft dennoch uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden auch nochmal wieder kommen.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Wir kamen in einer sehr modernen, liebevoll eingerichtet Unterkunft an. Es fehlte absolut an nix außer vllt noch eine große Pfanne. Man ist in unmittelbarer Nähe direkt am Strand oder an der Fähre die einen dann nach Nordernay bringt. Einfach super um mal ein paar Tage dem Alltag zu entkommen.

Tolles Objekt mit der Familie. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Diese Wohnung ist super schön und modern eingerichtet. Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad und WC dran plus ein WC extra. Jedes Zimmer besitzt einen Fernseher. Einziges Manko (hat uns jetzt aber nicht weiter gestört : im Badezimmer funktionierten am waschbecken die lichter nicht mehr richtig da mit LED Streifen beleuchtet wird. Die Terrasse könnte vom Unkraut befreit und der Grill sauber gemacht werden. Im Fahrradschuppen spinnenweben entfernt werden) Wie bereits gesagt die Wohnung an sich war sonst echt super sauber und modern. Es stehen im Schuppen 2 super Räder (kein E Bike) zur Verfügung. Auch hier waren wir sehr begeistert. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, als auch im Notfall mit dem Eigentümer klappte hervorragend. Die Wohnung liegt allerdings etwas abseits, so dass man mit dem Fahrrad fahren muss, wenn man nicht gerne wandert. Der Bäcker ist 800m entfernt. Dort gibt es auch einen Fahrradhändler, der nur zu empfehlen ist, falls man etwas spezielles sucht (z B. Fahrrad mit dem ein rollstuhlfahrer transportiert bzw gefahren werden kann). Der Strand ist im Moment Baustelle.
