Beautiful Condo at the Springs By Cool Properties
Welcome to another beautiful, newly-remodeled condominium by Cool Properties LLC. Search YouTube "Cool Properties Tamarix" for a video tour.
The condo is less than a mile away from the Casa Blanca Casino and minutes away from the Virgin River and Eureka Casinos.
Enjoy your stay with us by visiting one of the many premier restaurants, taking time for a massage, or enjoying any one of the 7 world class golf courses. We hope that you'll chose Cool Properties in Mesquite for your vacation.
The Springs is quiet and clean neighborhood with wide streets and immaculate landscaping. The clubhouse is directly across the street. You can access the pool and hot tub by walking to the side of the clubhouse and holding the fob near the gate latch. The exercise gym is accessed by holding the fob near the door to the clubhouse.
Jensen Trails Park is across the street to the back of the condo and has playground equipment for kids to play as well as a dog park for your pet.
Parking is easy and convenient. You may park in the garage, which is on the far left, or in the driveway directly in front of the garage.
This condo is newly remodeled with a modern a clean design. Come for a quiet and peaceful getaway and enjoy all the Mesquite has to offer!

A lifetime resident of Nevada, I've lived around Mesquite for the past 30 years. I retired as a High School administrator and now enjoy anything out doors, especially on a motorcycle.
Why they chose this property
Everything in this condo has been recently remodeled. From the floors, to the ceiling, to the toaster, everything is new and freshly painted.
What makes this property unique
This condo is absolutely my favorite! I love the modern design and the total luxurious feel of this place. The clean lines, subtle color scheme, and spaciousness make for a very relaxing stay. It's close to golfing and gambling and 3 great national parks.
