Really great location! Bed was so comfy. Air conditioner had a hard time cooling the whole place during heat wave. But nice ceiling fans were helpful. The parking was not ideal but to be expected. Patio could use an upgrade but not horrible. Overall a great spot. Would stay there again.

Thank you for your response. Since your visit we have installed new patio furniture outside and new chairs inside so now it's very up to date. The trick with the A/C is to leave it on continuously and to keep the doors closed. These units may seem small but were professionally sized based on the square footage of the unit. Additionally, keeping the livingroom and bedroom fans on keeps the cool air circulating. We look forward to hosting you again. Chris and Tina

This is a very cute place just 1.5 blocks from the beach that is updated, clean and equipped with everything you need for a fun getaway. We enjoyed the back patio, which was nice for our dog and surfboards. The location is fantastic - walking to restaurants, bars, beach, shops, etc. Will come again.

This is a great spot to stay close to the beach and walkable to great food, coffee and bars. The home itself is very well outfitted with everything you need in the kitchen, which is great for an extended stay. The in-unit laundry is super handy AND hard to find in OB, especially when you're on a beach trip and have a lot of things getting sweaty/sandy/greasy from sunscreen. The furniture is comfortable and the space is inviting, making this trip great for relaxing at the beach as well as in the rental.

This cute cottage is ideal for dog owners staying in OB. It’s walkable to the dog beach, human beach and lots of shops, restaurants, and bars (including Newport St.) The bed is very comfy and outdoor space is great for dogs. The host is very responsive and flexible when our flight home was delayed. We enjoyed this space a lot.

Great place in Ocean Beach!

Stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend. Perfect for a single traveler or couple. Didn’t have our pooch with us but very dog friendly. Great location just a short walk from the coolest dog beach. Place was very nice with a kitchen that had everything to make a nice meal. Immunization with the property manager wa expect peril Al and just a really nice stay.

Perfect place to stay

Was in San Diego looking at colleges with my daughter. The location was perfect and walkable to most places in OB. The host was super responsive anytime I had a question. The airplane noise got annoying but that’s anywhere in OB! I would definitely stay there again!

Short Stay with dog

Owners made checkin very simple, always respond to all forms of communication throughput stay. Place was as advertised and very clean / well stocked with bath essentials and kitchen basics including coffee pods. We were very tempted to extend our stay and continue on for the weekend. Great location to beach and restaurants. Quick Ubers downtown

Great home base for a week at the beach!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days in July 2023. Was a good size for our family, adults had a bedroom and the two littles (ages 5 and 8) shared the pull out. The outdoor patio with seating area and grill were awesome and we used them all week. Location is super convenient for beach days. I liked that the neighborhood was quiet and relaxed, we weren't in the middle of a ton of action and noise but restaurants and stores were within walking distance. Would totally stay here again.

Weekend getaway

Cute bungalow and well maintained. The constant jet noise was not welcomed. Definitely needed to park car and walk everywhere. Street parking was limited.
