In sunny Denia, just 100 m from the sandy beach and harbor, the fisherman's house Casa Nao welcomes you in the Baix la mar district. The house, completely renovated in 2019, is located in a pedestrian zone without through traffic. Several famous bars and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. The very spacious and child-friendly sandy beach, the harbor and the promenade start less than a 5-minute walk away. A 24-hour mom and pop shop is only 50 m away.
The house (130 m2) offers comfortable space for 4 adults and 2 children. The living room is on the ground floor, divided into dining area and seating area with TV and fireplace. Furthermore, a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle and coffee machine. In addition, there is a children's room with bunk beds, a shower room and access to the patio with shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, balconies and air conditioning. Also the main bathroom with shower and bidet. A travel cot for children up to 2 years old is available on request.
A staircase leads to the large roof terrace with a view of the castle and the port of Denia, as well as a room for the washing machine.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, infrared heating and solar hot water preparation. WiFi and TV are also available.
