Our stay at the Neat and Nifty in Lancaster, NY was great. The apartment was very clean and organized and had a very nice kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The location for us was perfect. As a matter of fact, I've already booked it for another stay in 2026. Shannon was very nice and made us feel very welcome.

This was absolutely the best place to stay at! I feel like the photos in the listing do not do the place justice. The kitchen, though we did not utilize it, was fully stocked if we had decided to cook while on our trip. The place was very cozy, and felt like a home away from home. Shannon was also very kind and greeted us when we got there. The bed was so inviting and comfortable to sleep in, especially after how much sightseeing we did every day as we were exhausted, and having a nice comfortable bed to return to was amazing. The place was nice and clean, as well. My husband and I cannot express enough how much we loved our stay here. Definitely a hidden gem!

It was absolutely perfect. It had everything you need for a worry free stay. Super clean and charming. We will stay there exclusively from now on when ever we go to Buffalo. Shannon is the perfect hostess. Loved everything about this place.

Nice basement apartment with everything you might need available. Cozy. The only issue we had was we didn't see the note about turning on the heaters until our second day there. It was very chilly that night and I got cold overnight.

The property, nestled in a rural area yet conveniently close to amenities, boasts a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
