The apartment is spread over 91 m2 and has capacity for 2 people.
The living area features a large grey sofa and a red armchair, a coffee table and grey rug. The whole space is fully decorated using modern art pieces and beautiful paintings. Just in front of the seating area is a large TV unit topped with an HD 60-inch smart TV with streaming services, including Netflix. The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to the panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass door giving access to a private balcony with mesmerizing views on the city busy streets and Burj Khalifa. The balcony includes a table and two chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee with fresh air.
Next to the living area is a round dining table with four chairs. The apartment includes dishes and silverware, and everything you might need for a nice dinner with your friends or family. Onto the living / dining area is a serving hatch connecting you directly to the beautiful and modern kitchen at the apartment. It is U-shaped, has wooden cabinets with hidden LED lights, as well as granite countertops, and is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay including cooking basics, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, juicer, gas stove, wine glasses, and an espresso machine.
Inside is the master bedroom; it comes with queen size bed dressed with fresh linens, large wardrobe, beautiful decorations, cute grey rug, darkening shades, and a large panoramic view on the city downtown. The room has a private full bathroom, with a bathtub, two wash basin, a toilet, a large mirror, and all the bathroom amenities such as cleaning products, hair dryer, soap, and toilet paper.
There’s also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment; it comes with two wash basins and a toilet.
That, in addition to a dedicated work area in the hall, for those who need to work quietly during their stay.
The whole apartment is equipped with WIFI, central air conditioner, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and first aid kit. The unit also includes a free washing machine, iron, and drying rack for clothing.
