Three bedroom cottage close to the many exciting activities Newport has to offer. Explore the quaint shops, Mansion Row , enjoy fabulous dining and nightlife, boat tours., and so much more. There are several small parks in the area and a short walk to the main harbor or Gooseberry Beach. The property has a fenced in yard and deck with outdoor seating and BBQ grill for relaxing at home. Bonus* private driveway for tandem parking for two vehicles and an included resident parking permit. Experience historic Newport! Minimum stay is 30 days per the City of Newport.

Because of houses being fairly close to each other, please be considerate of late night noise after 10PM.
The stairs to all bedrooms are steep and without a gate at the top, therefore we don't feel it would be safe for crawling or walking toddlers.
Please note: Because the stairway is steep it might be difficult for disabled or people with walking/breathing problems to climb them.

Newport home

Rick has a great place in Newport. We found it well furnished and easy to park three cars at. If I have the opportunity I will book again.
