Architecturally sophisticated villa

Architecturally sophisticated villa with plenty of space for upscale holidays. Located on the Möncheberg, in the middle of the Weserbergland Nature Park with its numerous historic sights, the domicile is the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and sightseeing. The non-visible 4. 500m² plot with panoramic views, offers plenty of privacy and with its outdoor seating and fireplace a high recreational value. The billiard table and the open fireplace in the huge living room guarantee convivial evenings. Within a five-minute walk, the romantically located, heated outdoor pool invites you to swim in the summer. In the immediate vicinity are some top restaurants and the rat-catcher town Hameln with its famous old town. The house has a family room with cot, an optional third mattress on slatted base and a changing table. Toys, a child seat, a children's toilet seat and a washing machine are available. From 2020 there is another bedroom available, so that 11 guests can stay overnight.

Note: Prices vary according to season and number of guests. For up to four people, the house costs in the high season (May to September and between Christmas and New Year) . Each additional guest costs 15 €. In low season, the house costs 80 € per day for up to four people. Each additional guest costs 10 €. For bookings under four days, a lump sum of 800 € in the high season and 600 € in the low season is charged. For 10 € per guest towels and bed linen can be booked.

A beautiful private place for good friends to enjoy a 40-years friendship

Apart for the billiardguys ( they left at 4 oclock) and the powercut the first night when I fell from the stairs, it was so great everywhere in the house inside and out

Unterm Strich hält die Unterkunft das was sie verspricht!Das Haus ist prima und bietet alles was man als Männer-Wandergruppe sucht. Nur ein Hauch aber ohne James Bond

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage, leider wurde die Anreise Info vergessen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind leider in die Jahre gekommen und der Duft in den Kellerräumen entsprechend. Die super große Waschmaschine ( 1-17kg) stand leider samt offenem Waschpulver im Schlafraum, mit entsprechendem Geruch von Tensiden. In der gut ausgestattete Küche war fast alles da, bis auf den Mixer der eine Woche vorher wohl defekt gegangen war und leider nicht ersetzt wurde. Dafür aber genügend Gläser und Bestecke und Tabs für die Spülmaschine. Das große Grundstück hat alles für Outdoor-Spielen geboten. Das Highlight war natürlich der Billardtisch im sehr großem Wohnbereich, leider waren die Billardqueues nicht die besten und die Verlängerung nicht zu gebrauchen. Der riesige Fernseher ist super, aber leider nicht kompatibel zu dem Videorecorder mit Scart-Anschluß. Die schönen Boxen waren zwar mit einer Tonanlage verbunden, aber der Radioempfang nur mit rauschen verbunden, nicht aber mit dem Fernseher und der Schalplattenspieler ließ sich nur mit viel Kraft öffnen...schade, hier hat James Bond wohl seinen Martini verschüttet.Alles in Allem hatten wir aber viel Spaß

Fünf Freunde

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir waren fünf Männer(ca. 60J) und hatten ein sehr schönes langes Wochenende, dass durch eine Verlängerung der Check-out-Frist mit einem langen Sonntagsfrühstück endete. Wir haben alle unsere Fertigkeiten im Billard mal wieder auf die Probe stellen können. Für ein Wochenende unter Freunden ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank Herr Krull !

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz

Wir waren über Weihnachten mit 8 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da. Das Haus bietet sowohl Platz für Rückzug (die überwiegend großzügigen Schlafzimmer) aber auch viel Platz um in großer Runde oder kleinen Gruppen zusammenzukommen. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wer in den Wintermonaten kommt, sollte für „Spaziergänge“ sehr festes Schuhwerk dabei haben (für Kinderwagen gab es bei dem Wetter leider nicht viele Optionen.) Einziger Kritikpunkt war das Familienzimmer, das wir nicht so gemütlich fanden, aber das ist wohl auch Geschmacksache. Dafür hatte es einen sehr komfortablen Wickeltisch.

Das Architektenhaus in Rehren war auch dieses Mal wieder perfekt für uns. Uns sind allerlei kleine Reparaturen und Verbesserungen aufgefallen. Es scheint also, dass das Objekt noch auf Jahre hinaus in einem tadellosen Zustand auf Mieter wartet.

Wir waren als Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partnern für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Haus.Das gemeinsame Kochen in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche hat großen Spaß gemacht. Die Umgebung lädt dazu ein direkt vom Haus los zu wandern. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
