Das gepflegte Wohnhaus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand in unmittelbarer Waldnähe. Ein schöner Garten mit zugehöriger Liegewiese ist ein tolles Extra. Die Wohnung ist in sich abgeschlossen, besitzt einen eigenen Eingang und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Sie hat eine Größe von ca. 36qm und bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Die Unterkunft besteht aus 1 Zweibettzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer kompletten Wohnküche mit Essplatz (incl. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle), einer Couchgarnitur mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch, einem Farb-TV (Sat) und einem Zugang zur Terrasse. Ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC ist ebenfalls vorhanden und auch für die Kinder ist mit Kinderbett und Hochstuhl gesorgt.

Die FeWo hat die ideale Größe für zwei Personen. Sie liegt sehr ruhig mit Blick und Terrasse zu einem gut gepflegten Garten. Die Lage war als Ausgangspunkt für diverse radtouren im fränkischen Seenland ideal. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Wir können die Wohnung ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
