Die 85 qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit Sat-TV und bequemem Stressless-Sessel, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Frühstückstheke und großem Essplatz sowie ein Bad mit Dusche, WC, Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Auch geboten ist ein großer Balkon in Südlage und ein Grill im Garten, der auf Anfrage zur Verfügung steht. Des Weiteren sind Parkplatz und WLAN bereits im Preis miteingeschlossen. Die Umgebung bietet viele Outdooraktivitäten, wie Radtouren, Wanderungen und schöne Aussichten zum Genießen. Handtücher werden 2 mal die Woche gewechselt und Betttücher alle 7 Tage. Auch ein Frühstücks Service für Radler sowie kostenlose Getränke und kostenloses Obst bei der Ankunft sind geboten.
