Private home in st Pete located 3 miles ready for your family vacation just minutes away from award winning gulf beaches . The home is located in the heart of St.Pete with close proximity to Tyrone mall and lost of shopping stores around . Quick access to the gulf beaches (treasure island / st Pete beach ) . Close to St Pete / Clearwater airport and Tamp airport via i275 . The neighborhood is Urban and keep evolving , but very quiet as the house is located on a cul de sac.
The house has 3 bedroom 2 bath as one of the bedrooms is a completely private garage suite that can be closed off for complete privacy . That space has a folding couch / sofa that sleeps 2 and has a private bathroom with full shower . The main part of the house has a brand new fully stocked modern kitchen with 2 bedrooms both with queen beds along with a folding couch / sofa that sleeps 2 . Max occupancy is 6-8 depending on guests . Max vehicle on site it 3-4. The front of the house has patio furniture for your enjoyment and relaxation . Laundry is located on the back on the house with access thru the garage suite . No guest access in the back yard as that is reserved for owners and service personal .All reservation require a short term rental agreement detailing our house rules and primary guest will need to provide valid ID .
