Good infrastructure, close to the beach and the nightlife zone. There is no air conditioning. When the temperature is over 25 degrees, you won't be sleeping, it does not decrease during the night, regardless if you open the windows. The apartman was not clean, although it was stated that a quality responsible person has reviewed it. It was me who first time cleaned the terrasse. Wifi did not work reliably. We had to travel additional 20 km-s, twice, just to handle the keys, very unpleasant.

Ottima posizione per la spiaggia / bella terrazza

La casa ha un’ottima posizione rispetto alla spiaggia, 3 minuti a piedi. C’ù anche il box per l’auto e per lo scarico/carico bagagli Ăš molto comodo. Sicuramente lo spazio esterno Ăš la parte piĂč bella della casa, che comunque Ăš stata ristrutturata con gusto. Le cose da migliorare sono i letti da sostituire e la mancanza di aria condizionata, la casa Ăš un forno di notte, anche con i ventilatori di fa una sauna, a discapito del confort.

TrÚs bien située, couchages confortables lits et canapé. Belle surface, appartement comme terrasse. Presque parfait. Points d'amélioration : il n'y a qu'une seule poubelle, à compléter dans WC et salle de bain. Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine tel écumoire. Tapis de sortie de bain souhaitable. Retirer les éléments cassés : vase, ciseaux, plat, grattoir vitrocéramique, bol ébréché. J'aurais souhaité amener nos deux chats comme dans d'autres locations mais non autorisé ici.

L'appartement est bien situĂ© et bien meublĂ©. L Ă©quipement mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre revu et amĂ©liorĂ©. l'hygiĂšne est approximatif, il mĂ©riterait un bon coup de nettoyage notamment dans la salle de bains autour de la baignoire. L'accueil de l'Ă©quipe interhome est excellent, le personnel est disponible et trĂšs rĂ©actif.

La location est bien situĂ©e la mer et les commerces Ă  proximitĂ©. Le garage en sous sol est bien utile. Logement agrĂ©able et bien Ă©quipĂ©, belle terrasse mais avec vis Ă  vis. La prestation mĂ©nage reste passable et trĂšs superficielle: lave vaisselle sale, poĂȘles et vaisselle mal nettoyĂ©es. PoussiĂšre sur les meubles, poubelle salle de bain rouillĂ©e, tapis de bain et serpilliĂšre dĂ©goutantes. DOMMAGE

TrĂšs belle location, trĂšs bien situĂ©, amĂ©nagement complet, je le recommande. Dommage de passer par Cannes pour la prise de clĂ©s et le retour de mĂȘme, pas d'inventaire sur place Ă  l'arrivĂ©e et fin de sĂ©jour, alĂšses de lit sales.

SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe sehr umstĂ€ndlich

Um die SchlĂŒssel fĂŒr das Objekt zu erhalten musste man erst eine halbe Stunde ( fĂŒr eine Strecke! )bis nach Cannes fahren, was ich fĂŒr eine absolute Zumutung empfinde. So etwas ist mir noch nie bei der Anmietung einer Ferienwohnung passiert!

Ideale Wohnung fĂŒr Zwei

Sehr schöne helle Wohnung in zentraler Lage von Antibes und Tiefgarage. Die Möblierung war hell und ansprechend, die KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts, rundum zum WohlfĂŒhlen. Die große Terrasse mit Hecke und großzĂŒgigem Ess- und Lounge-Bereich ließ Ansicht des BlockinnencarrĂ© vergessen. BĂ€cker und GemĂŒsestand sind gleich um die Ecke. VersorgungseinkĂ€ufe besser mit dem Auto im Supermarkt Casino/Carrefour am Standrand. Strand und Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
