Die gemütliche 50qm große Ferienwohnung, auf 5-Sterne Niveau, bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen und liegt auf einem Hof am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes "Winzerer Letten". Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Massagedusche, sowie eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche plus große Essgruppe. Des Weiteren sind im Preis ein Sat-TV, eine Garage und WLAN enthalten. Die gesamte Wohlfühloase, bestehend aus Sauna mit Ruheraum und Kuschelinsel unterm Sternehimmel sowie Schwingliegen. Neben einem Kachelofen mit Panoramascheibe verfügt die Oase auch noch über einen Badebottich mit Sprudelfunktion im Außenbereich. Der gesamte Bereich steht Ihnen zur alleinigen Benutzung zur Verfügung. Das Naturschutzgebiet lädt zu erlebnisreichen Sparziergängen, zum Angeln, oder einfach nur zum Verweilen ein. Ihr Ferienhaus befindet sich direkt am Donauradweg und zum neu angelegten Donau-Ilz-Radweg sind es gerade mal 10 min. Einen Fahrradverleih gibt es vor Ort.
