The property was clean, checkin was smooth, the location was great.Unfortunately, I left an item behind and reached out about an hour after I checked out. Today, after following up, I'm told the item was not there.

Response from VrboOwner on 29 March 2026
Hi Robert! We sent a friendly reminder the day before, and you did not set the trash cans out even though we put them at the very top of the drive for you to make it easy. Two days later, after you told us you did not set them out.We had our junk removal guy come by within hours to empty it for you. We hate you have the experience you did, however, we did everything on our end as required by VRBO.
