'Meeresrauschen 4', our beautiful and stylish ground floor apartment in the Baltic resort of Großenbrode. A fantastic holiday apartment with spa shower, woodburning stove, terrace / garden and underfloor heating - only a few meters to the sandy Baltic Sea beach. Notes on additional costs and fees: Electricity / water / heating are included. A tourist tax is payable, you pay with us in the office. Tourist tax must be paid locally. Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request. 100, - Euro deposit are due in advance. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all technical appliances (fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker). The light-flooded dining area offers space for four people. Here you can enjoy homemade culinary delights. Spend your holiday in our apartment in a cozy atmosphere. In the bright, spacious living area you can relax in the evening with a good glass of wine and a thrilling book in front of the fireplace your soul. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, CD player, hi-fi system and a small selection of books, CD's and board games. Enjoy high sleeping comfort in the two bedrooms. Both have a double bed and a wardrobe. On the terrace with garden furniture and in the adjacent garden you can spend pleasant hours in the sunshine. The terrace is oriented to the north-east. Children are welcome here! Children's books and board games are available for the youngest. A baby travel bed, a highchair, a small footstool, so that infants can reach the sink, as well as socket fuses are available. The children are welcome to use the adjoining garden as a playground. Other equipment: alarm clock, drying rack. Please note: This apartment is especially suitable for seniors and guests with reduced mobility. Traumhafter Urlaub

Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Terrasse sehr genossen. In der Kurtaxe ist auch ein Betreuungsangebot für Kinder mit inbegriffen, was wir gerne genutzt haben. Die Mädels waren glücklich dass sie täglich vormittags ein Bastelangebot wahrnehmen durften und abends gab es die KInder Disco, die den Strandtag abgerundet hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder….

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Tolle Ausstattung. Top Lage, dennoch super ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass das WLAN nicht funktioniert, weil der Anschluss in einer anderen Wohnung ist. Das Problem konnte trotz Meldung nicht gelöst werden.

Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse auch bei Alltagsgegenständen z. B. WLAN so unterschiedlich sind, dass wir Hinweise dankbar entgegennehmen. Eine Glasfaserkabelanbindung liegt bereits für den Strandpark in Planung und wird wohl noch etwas dauern, bevor in Großenbrode jeder davon profitieren kann. Gerne begrüßen wir Sie wieder bei uns und wünschen Ihnen bis dahin eine schöne Zeit.

Super Lage und schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser FeWo. Sie ist super ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Lage! Die Fußbodenheizung haben wir zwar nicht gefunden, aber glücklicherweise ist das Wetter dann besser geworden und wir konnten auch den kleinen Garten nutzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Objekt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gehoben. Zum Strand ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Problemlose Buchung. Alle sehr nett und freundlich. Wir konnten einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zwar nur kurz in Großenbrode. Der Aufenthalt und auch die Wohnung waren toll. Alles da, was man braucht. Schöne Terasse. Strand ist nicht weit weg. Insgesamt Super!
