The Hansaviertel, created in 1957 during the International Building Exhibition, offers an exceptional quality of life and living in the center of the capital. From the Hansaviertel underground station (100 meters away), the City-West with the Zoologischer Garten and the Kurfürstendamm boulevard is just one stop away. From the S-Bahn station Bellevue (200m away) you are in just one station at the new main station.
