Es hat gehalten was versprochen wurde! Würde jederzeit wieder kommen und auch gerne es meinen Freunden empfehlen!Da meine Freude für mich gebucht hatten war ich besonders froh darüber dass alles stimmig war!Es hat nichts gefehlt!Nur kleine Menschen haben Schwierigkeiten ins Bett zu kommen! Schöne funktionale, aber gemütliche Wohnung. Gutes Bett, trotz nur 50m entferner Hauptstraße ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Nette freundliche Vermieter. Beim nächsten Berlin-Trip gerne wieder!!

Gut geeignet für ein paar Tage Berlin. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren sehr gut erreichbar, trotzdem liegt die Wohnung einigermaßen ruhig.

Für unseren Kurztrip optimal. Erste Tasse Kaffee am Wasser genossen. Gleich in der Nähe ein Biotop, einen guten Italiener und eine Bushaltestelle. Parkplatz war jederzeit vorhanden. Ferienwohnung ist sehr wohnlich ausgestattet und gut geschnitten. Ein großer Hund bewacht den Garten, auf dem Weg zum Wasser. Er war sehr lieb und wir hatten kein Problem mit ihm.

Ideal für Fahrradtouren

Moin , wir waren im März vor Ort . Die Ferienwohnung liegt optimal um die Gegend und Berlin mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden.Die Touren waren abwechslungsreich und haben viel Spaß gemacht. In der Nähe waren viele gute Restaurants. Ebenso war es möglich in der Nähe einzukaufen.

Vor der Haustür ist nur eine kleine Stufe (ca.8cm) Der Rest der Wohnung hat keine Stufen oder Schwellen.Vom Wohnbereich zum Bad/Schlafzimmer ist eine Schräge von ca. 1,5m Länge und ca. 10cm Höhe.Dusche/Badezimmer ist barrierefrei.Schlafzimmer ist sehr leise, auch bei geöffneten Fenster, Bett ist bequem,Für Rolli-Bett Transfer ist das Bett sehr hoch (ca.70cm)Parkplatz ist vor der Tür Bushaltestelle nur 100m entfernt

Beautiful Spot in Spandau

Perfect place for me and my family to stay. Visiting my daughter who is working in Spandau. This was a great place for all of us to meet, share a meal, and hang out. It is also a convenient location, with grocery stores just a short walk away. Bus line connects to the rest of Spandau and greater Berlin. It is a very quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. Would definitely stay here again.

Berlin- Spandau ist empfehlenswert!

Berlin-Spandau und Umgebung waren für uns sehr interessant zu erkunden. Man kann sehr gut Rad fahren und hat sehr viel Natur, Wald und Wasser mit natürlichen kleinen Badestellen zum Schwimmen. Die Anbindung an Berlin mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist von hieraus einfach super.
