Elegant vacation apartment in a historic Berlin city villa in an exclusive location with excellent transport links, centrally located in Nikolassee.

Additional charges may apply for pets.

The fully furnished 2-room apartment with approx. 50m² is modernly equipped and generously proportioned.

The apartment has an open plan living / dining area and a small equipped pantry kitchen with appropriate equipment. Cable TV and WiFi are of course available free of charge. There is also a modern bathroom with a spacious bathtub. Barrier-free parquet flooring is laid throughout the apartment.

Towels, bath towels and bed linen are of course provided at no extra cost. Electricity, heating, water etc. are included in the rent.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows provide a view of a separate Mediterranean garden terrace or the southwest-facing balcony. Here you can enjoy an idyllic breakfast or end the day with a glass of wine. The renovated town villa and the park-like garden round off the overall impression. It is a quiet residential street, parking spaces are available free of charge and in sufficient numbers on or directly in front of the property. The Schlachtensee, recently named one of the 20 most beautiful lakes in the world by CNN, is just a few minutes' walk away. Here you can swim, bathe, jog, go for a walk, sit in the beer garden, hire a rowing boat or simply lie in the sun free of charge.

There are various shopping facilities nearby: Bio Company, Edeka, Aldi and numerous recommendable restaurants with different cuisines such as German, Asian, Italian, Greek etc., all within a few minutes' walk.

A very sweet apartment

This studio is comfortable and in a very nice location in the Wannsee, a few doors down from a bakery. It's quiet and charming, and was perfect for our needs.

Beautiful area and perfect place for two

This flat is made by the outside terrace and location close to Schlatensee, which is a beautiful lake and great for a swim. It is quiet and peaceful, but the train connection to the centre of Berlin is only a 15 minute walk away. Inside is perfectly laid out for two with all you need.

Es war alles perfekt: die stilvolle Ausstattung, die Lage der Ferienwohnung und der freundliche Gastgeber.Es war derartig ruhig, dass man nie geglaubt hätte in Berlin zu sein. Mehrere gute Restaurants waren fussläufig innerhalb 10 bis 15 min. zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Pros: Schön eingerichtet und sauber Idyllische Lage Gute ÖPNV-Anbindung Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Ferienwohnung Zu anderer Jahreszeit hätten wir auch gemütlich auf der Terrasse verweilen können Freundlicher entspannter Gastgeber Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren im Preis inbegriffen Cons: Lediglich war mir nicht bewusst und hatte ich dann anscheinend nicht auf den Fotos wahrgenommen, dass es keine Tür zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer gibt. Da ich das Schlafzimmer meiner Tochter überlassen und selber im Wohnzimmer geschlafen hatte, war dadurch mein Freiraum eingeschränkt, sobald die Tochter vor mir zu Bett gehen wollte. Das schmälert aber nicht meine positive Gesamtbewertung.

Pros: Sehr gute Bäcker nur drei Häuser weiter. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Freundlicher Vermieter! Cons: Wer tagsüber Ruhe sucht sollte wissen dass gegenüber ein Kindergarten ist. Der Weg zur S-Bahn ist gut 1 km weit.

Ideal, wenn man Erholung und Berlin-entdecken miteinander verbinden möchte. Eine leckere Bäckerei gibt es in der Straße, zum S-Bahnhof ist es nicht weit... 100% zufrieden!

Die Gegend ist sehr schön.Fußläifig zum Schlachtensee und zur Rehwiese.Bäckererei/Cafe ca 100m entfernt. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Autobahn, S-Bahn auch gut erreichbar. Ideal für einen Berlintripp!!!
