Fantastic sea view with sunset, stylish one-room apartment with swimming pool and sauna. Completely renovated in July 2019.

Top one-room apartment with fantastic sea views. In the first row right on the beach and close to the milk bar. Modern equipped with a large double bed and a sofa bed for two persons.

In total, in the one-room apartment with 32 sqm four beds available, ideal for two people, or a family with one or two children. In the house there is a swimming pool and a sauna.

Free internet, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, Senseo are just a few highlights of the newly decorated apartment.

From the balcony you look left to Milchbar and right to Georgshöhe. The view of the magnificent Norderney Sunset enchants every guest of this apartment.

Gut aber unverhältnismäßig teuer

Das Objekt ist sauber und an sich in Ordnung aber dem geforderten wird es nicht gerecht. Da haben wir für weniger Geld schon deutlich mehr Komfort geboten bekommen bzw. andere Wohnungen in dieser Preisklasse spielen in einer anderen Liga. Was besonders störte: * die Stühle schauen ja ganz nett aus, aber länger darauf sitzen kann man nicht. * keine Teekanne und kein Stöfchen * Schwimmbad bis auf weiteres geschlossen * ein paar Handtücher zum Wechseln wären schön gewesen

Gemütliche und stilvolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Alles war genau wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation super und es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar schöne Leselampen am Bett. Auch kleine Dinge, wie Spülmittel oder Kaffeefilter waren da. Sehr durchdacht und trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Der Blick vom.Balkon ist traumhaft!
