About this property

Beautiful sandy Lake Missaukee beach access right across the street at a dead-end cul-de-sac. Beach has fire pit, beach chairs, sand volleyball court, picnic tables and shuffle board for you to use. Cottage is equipped with one queen -sized bed on the main floor. The upstairs has a huge room with 2 queen size beds and three twin beds. Sleeps nine total (could be more with air mattress or couch). Upstairs also has a half bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer. Did we mention one of the best places to see gorgeous sunsets as the beach faces directly west? Come enjoy all Lake City and Lake Missaukee has to offer!

We are from Lake City, Michigan and absolutely love all that Lake Missaukee and the town of Lake City has to offer---and we want to share it with others---YOU!! This place offers absolutely beautiful sandy beach access to the lake, including shuffleboard, firepit, volleyball, picnic tables and beach chairs. Shallow, gradual and sandy lake entrance, perfect for the littles.

This home is on a cul-de-sac with no drive-through traffic but yet you are close to town and the lake access is a short one minute walk away.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because it affords you large lake access, complete with a sandy beach, firepit, shuffleboard, volleyball, picnic tables, beach chairs and shuffleboard. With the sandy bottom lake and the shallow gradual entrance into the lake makes this a perfect place for you and the kids to enjoy Lake Missaukee. The beach is west-facing, which allows for gorgeous sunsets...and don't be fooled...just when you think the sunset is "done", you may just get another dose of the sunset...and it may even be better than the first one!
