THE ACCOMMODATION:

Welcome to the Siebengebirge!

Here you can enjoy with the family, with friends, or even alone an area of 105 sqm.
The house was completely refurbished only in August 2019 and has a completely new and modern decor.
Especially if you have children with you, there is the possibility to use the large garden, while you relax in the sunshine on your own balcony and enjoy the view of the Mount of Olives.
The house is particularly suitable for large families, hikers, commuters and tourists who like to explore Bonn and the surrounding area as well as the Siebengebirge, but do not want to live directly in the city.
The house, where smoking is prohibited, always expects you to be clean and tidy with fresh towels and new bedding.

THE LOCATION:

The house is located in Königswinter, district Thomasberg / Sonderbusch, which is located in the heart of the Siebengebirge.
The house is a bungalow style and thus has a habitable floor.
In the basement are washing machine and dryer.
The street in which the house is located, is a quiet residential route, which is not often used.
The nearest supermarket (Rewe) can be reached by car in just 3 minutes. A bus stop is within walking distance of 10 minutes from the house.
From there you can take bus 537 or 512 directly to Bonn (45 min) or Siegburg (30 min).
In order to get to Cologne must be changed either in Oberdollendorf or in Bonn in the train, which takes a total of 60 minutes.

It is also only 5 minutes to the next Volksbank, Sparkasse, post office, pharmacy or a recommendable Italian with a nice beer garden.
For hikers and joggers it is only 10-12 minutes by car to the foot of the first mountain of the Siebengebirge (Margarethenhöhe: entrance to the Siebengebirge).
In 5 minutes by car you reach Oberpleis, where you will find a variety of small shops, supermarkets (Rewe, Edeka, Netto, Aldi), doctors and other restaurants, including a very good Chinese restaurant.
Also in 5 minutes by car you reach the motorway exit "Siebengebirge" of the A3 to Cologne and Frankfurt.
For commuters interesting to know is that you reach the Postbank in Bonn by car after 18 minutes and the Telekom in Bonn after 22 minutes.
The main station in Bonn can be reached in 25 minutes, the University of Bonn in less than half an hour and the main train station in Cologne in about 40 minutes.

THE HOUSE:

The bright and modern furnished house has a floor space of 105 square meters, has only new furniture and electrical appliances and is directed to a large garden, which can be used including an inner terrace and an outside balcony with a wide view. All rooms have heaters and can be completely darkened by electric shutters. The house is tastefully decorated with many pictures, modern furniture and accessories and invites you to a great stay.
Apart from the bright gray tiles in both bathrooms, the entire house was laid with light, wood-colored vinyl flooring.
There are a total of 4 beds and a large living room couch available. In the two small bedrooms, each can sleep 2 people. 2 single beds and a double bed with 140 cm wide, which can be shared by two. The large bedroom has a double bed which is 180 cm wide. The couch in the living room is also designed for 2 people, as one side is 291 cm and the other side is almost 200 cm wide. Thus, up to 8 people can spend the night in the house. Bed linen is available for all 8 beds.
Almost all rooms have smoke detectors.
The Wi-Fi network is available in every room and is available free of charge.
A free parking lot, as well as a garage (not suitable for SUVs) is located directly at the entrance of the house.
The kitchen is brand new and has everything you need for cooking, living and well-being. These include a coffee pod machine, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, an induction hob, an extractor hood, an oven with convection function, a dishwasher and plenty of storage space in the cabinets. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots and all necessary utensils are of course also available.
Detergents, sponges and towels are also provided.
Eats in the dining room on a massive wooden table with 8 seats, an outstanding view, its huge window front, which directs the view over the balcony directly on the Ölberg and its surroundings.
The living room has a large corner sofa, which is directed to a modern TV wall with LED TV (SAT) and thus invites you to watch TV.
The large window front can be darkened by shutters or cozy curtains.
Furthermore, there is plenty of storage space in the cupboards or the dresser in living - and dining room.
The house has a large bathroom and a guest toilet.
The guest bathroom is equipped with Wund sink, while the large bathroom has a walk-in, rainforest shower at ground level.
Both bathrooms are equipped with LED illuminated windows.
Soap, toilet paper and enough different sized and fresh towels are available to guests.
The bright hall connects all rooms and has a small chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a shoe rack.

4th Sleeping possibility: living room couch 291x200 cm for 2 persons (also for this there are ready, fresh bed sheets)

The house also has a laundry room, which is located in the basement. There is a washing machine, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board. Washing powder is provided naturally.
A first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are found in a niche in the kitchen. So a longer stay should not be a problem!

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed and the holiday house will be briefly introduced to you. Questions about your stay
in the Siebengebirge are of course gladly answered. Of course you can always call during your stay if something is wrong.
Check-in is possible from 2pm and check-out is at 10am.
Please do not forget that an amount of € 200.00 must be paid in cash on arrival for the deposit.
Upon arrival, photo identification is required for security.

HOUSE RULES:
• It is not allowed to have other guests for the duration of the stay without
  appropriate booking or arrangement in the house to accommodate.
• The WLAN is basically intended for personal use and free of charge.
No illegal actions may be carried out with it, or illegal, or
 copyright protected content uploaded or downloaded!
• Before leaving the apartment, please make sure that all appliances and
  Lights are off and always lock the door behind you.
• It is about careful and careful handling of the device and
