The newly built, modern and high quality furnished apartment in a district of Grömitz 2019 is approx. 70 m² in size and is suitable for 2 to 4 people.
An approximately 16 m² loggia with a view of meadows and fields invites you to grill, sunbathe and relax.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker, oven, GS, microwave with grill and. Hot air etc.), a living room with sofa bed and large TV + DVD player, a bedroom with double bed 1.80 mx 2.00 m and a large bathroom.
The bathroom invites you to relax and feel good, especially in winter, because it is equipped with a 1.00 x 1.20 m, walk-in shower with shower panel and a corner bath with an illuminated step.
You can spend your vacation in this district calmly and relaxed in the countryside, but you can still be at the sea quickly, as the Baltic Sea resort of Grömitz is only 3 km away.
