Romantisches Nestchen

Die FeWo ist etwas exzentrisch: Wendeltreppe zur Eingangstür, viele niedrige Decken-Schrägen. Aber genau das macht zusammen mit vielen Licht und dem Gefühl in einem Wintergarten zu wohnen deren Charme aus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt vier EnBW Schnelllaldesäulen in Fussreichweite was für uns als E-Autobesitzer alles sehr vereinfacht hat. Die Wohnung liegt tatsächlich im Grünen obwohl der Ort selber eine Industriestadt ist. Die Wanderwege beginnen direkt hinter dem Haus und die Verkehrsanbindung in Richtung WW, Rothaargebirge ist sehr gut. Ideal für Wanderungen in diesen Gebieten.

Tolle Gastgeberin, schöne & vor allem saubere Wohnung. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (weiß man aber vorher) und etwas mehr Geschirr wäre toll gewesen. Dennoch 5 Sterne. Direkter Zugang zu einer großen Wiese direkt am Wald, perfekt für Gäste mit Hunden.

Tolle Vermieterin, waren mit Hund da. Perfekt die Wiese hinterm Haus. Kommen sicher noch mal länger.

Der perfekte Ort zum Seele Baumeln lassen

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieterinnen hat super geklappt und die Ferienwohnung ist in echt genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Der Garten wird aktuell noch umgebaut, aber man kann die Sonne auch vom Balkon aus genießen. Der Wohnraum ist groß genug, um auf zwei Yoga-Matten nebeneinander entspannt in den Tag zu starten. Außerdem ist die Ferienwohnung sehr sauber, die Matratze ist sehr bequem und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (es gibt auch Auflaufformen in verschiedenen Größen).

Hervorragende Lage zum Wandern

Ruhig und schön gelegen ...

Wir haben uns mit dem vorgängigen Kontakt, dem Empfang, der Instruktion sowie während dem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber. In der Küche mussten wir Diverses vor der Benutzung zuerst reinigen. Leider haben da unsere Vormieter ihre Verantwortung nicht seriös wahrgenommen ... Die Vermieterin ging mit der diesbezüglichen Rückmeldung sehr konstruktiv um und kommunizierte gleich Ideen, wie das in Zukunft vermieden werden kann. Aktuell finden Arbeiten im Garten statt. Bestimmt sieht es danach wieder schön aus.

Super nette und flexible Gastgeber, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung in bester grüner Lage

Die Wohnung ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Sonnenbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne auf die Berge war so toll. Aus allen Fenstern hat man einen tollen Blick in die Natur. Darija ist eine tolle Gastgeber, freundlich, unaufdringlich und super sympathisch. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Waldrand, perfekt zum wandern. Die Küche ist sehr umfassend ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Und nicht zuletzt ist dabei alles sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Danke!

Schöne große Wohnung mit allem drum und dran

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und zu unserer FeWo gebracht. Diese erfolgte über eine Metallwendeltreppe nach oben. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt, sogar frischer Kaffee wurde bereitgestellt. Das fand ich super. Im Wohnzimmer ist die Abdunklungsmöglichkeit leider (noch) nicht gegeben. D.h. wenn man zu dritt oder viert anreist, ist der Bereich hell. Im Schlafzimmer kann man es super abdunkeln. Das Bett ist super und recht hoch. Durch die Dachschräge muss man nur sehr aufpassen, sich den Kopf nicht zu stoßen beim Aufstehen. Außerhalb hat man schöne Möglichkeiten an den Wiesen und Feldern spazieren zu gehen und den Ausblick über das Tal zu genießen. Rundherum ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Spacious and very well equipped apartment near Siegen

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay in Siegen. Although the apartment is a drive away from Sigen itself it is well situated near some supermarkets and a train station. The communication with the property manager was excellent throughout, and they were very accommodating and effective with any questions or queries we had about the apartment itself or amenities. The apartment was also very well equipped with everything we needed, including everything required to bake a cake - which we managed with reasonable success! I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the area, you'll have a pleasant stay and be well looked after.
