This spacious, light-filled studio apartment was once an 1860 pioneer house with dirt floors and plank walls. Now fully redone, gorgeous, and with one historic wall still showing for your viewing pleasure.

This is a one-of-a-kind experience you will not easily find anywhere else and you are minutes from downtown Ashland.

It is a working farm so there may be work trucks going to the barn and lower field.
