Centrally located, modern riverfront cottage

River Bend Cottage is a waterfront home nestled in the southern portion of the Adirondacks. Experience true relaxation however you want to; enjoy the cottage for its amenities and Hudson River views, or take advantage of the central location and visit Lake George, Saratoga, or any of the nearby ski slopes. No matter the season, River Bend offers accessibility to the best of the Adirondacks year-round.

River Bend Cottage has two bedrooms, one full bath, washer/dryer and an open loft and living area. The main living area is spacious, open-concept and overlooks the beautiful Hudson River.

The large outdoor patio is perfect for gathering and serving up meals on the picnic table. Adirondack chairs surround a fire pit for cozy evenings. Down the outdoor stairs and across the road, you’ll find a large riverfront deck to enjoy during the summer months. Spend the mornings fishing, the afternoons swimming and the evenings watching the sunset over the mountains.

Whether you’re looking for a summer getaway or a cozy winter retreat, River Bend Cottage has something for everyone. We can’t wait for you to experience the Adirondacks with us!

River Bend has a full kitchen including a full-sized refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, tea pot, Keurig, French Press and toaster. The kitchen area is fully stocked with basic cooking utensils and plenty of storage. The living area has a 43” smart TV and board games for your enjoyment.

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, smart television and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and ceiling fan. The loft area is open to the living room below and offers bonus space for extra guests with a full-sized bed (please note that the loft area is only accessible by a wooden ladder and should only be used by guests that are able and comfortable with heights and climbing the ladder on their own). The full sized bath has a shower/tub and shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

The washer and dryer are located in the unfinished basement and accessible from the outside of the home, from the driveway.

Guests have full control of the temperature through a smart thermostat to ensure a comfortable stay.

Guests do not have access to the shed onsite, and a portion of the basement.

Smart TV’s in the bedroom and living area will require you to use your personal streaming accounts. Netflix, Hulu & Amazon Prime (and more!) are installed and ready for use.

There is one outdoor security camera at the property. It only covers the driveway area and records video and audio. It is used security purposes only.

Rustic relaxation

If you are looking for a rustic mountain feel this is the place. Great view, atmosphere and the cabin is adorable! The owners are very responsive and accommodating! On a scale from 1-10 I give an 11! It will not disappoint!

Riverside Cottage

We recently stayed at this cute cottage and it was a great experience. The riverside location offered beautitful views which were relaxing and a nice way to get away from daily hustle & bustle but it is still situated conveniently for doing various activities in the Lake George and Saratoga areas. The house itself was clean and equipped with with all the necessary amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the entire experience even better.

Great Vacation Lodge

The cottage is cute and was just the right size for our family of 4. The loft bed was a cool feature and adds additional sleeping space. The owner/manager Michael is awesome and very responsive. He drove a couple of hours amidst a storm to come fix the washing machine, which was highly appreciated. The cottage is appropriately furnished and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you’ll need. The outdoor grill and patio with the fire pit were used often! There is a private dock across from the road (this road, however, can get busy and cars are not really adhering to ghe 35 mph limit) with deck chairs and swimming /kayaking right off the deck. The kids in the group will love it. The location is great too. Lake Luzerne is a quiet town but it’s just 15 minutes away from lake George where there are lot of great restaurants, Parks and trails. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and i would highly recommend the property.

This property is centrally located between Saratoga and Lake George for your Adirondack adventures. No matter what season it is this area is known for its outdoor fun. With us being on the beautiful upper Hudson River you can enjoy swimming and fishing right across the road from our home.

What makes this property unique

We offer access directly to the river where you can sit on our large patio over the water, walk down the dock to jump in for a swim or fish all without leaving the property. We will be adding a new dock and kayak for the summer of 2023.
