The entire non-smoking house has a per floor adjustable floor heating (gas central heating) and floors with high quality tiled flooring. The entire house is equipped with shutters and insect protection (tenter). You enter the SCHIMMIS FLEESENSEE HUS through the front door and, after crossing the corridor area with cloakroom, enter the spacious, light-filled living and dining area with open kitchen. Cozy evenings by the fireplace, thanks to the high-quality fireplace and a glass of wine, you can enjoy on the 2 comfortable sofas in the living area. Here you can experience television pleasure in front of a large flat-screen TV. From the living area you enter through the large patio door the terrace and the adjoining garden. In the terrace area you can take a seat at a garden table & 4 garden chairs. The evening will be relaxed with a sundowner, while your delicious grilled food on the charcoal grill (charcoal please bring along) sizzle.
