About this property

Happy Days, apartment with lawn terrace & separate access in the border triangle

The apartment was modernized in 2018, renovated and furnished lovingly & joyfully. Children welcome. For baby's are a high chair, travel cot, potty and some toys available. Pets on request. Not barrier-free. The apartment has a separate entrance and is used by the guest alone.
We tried to make the apartment (105 sqm) friendly, bright and cheerful. The individual rooms are different in theme. The floors are mainly tiled or laid out with laminate (living room). A small lawn terrace allows you to sit outdoors, barbecue is also possible. Younger guests can use a board swing. A selection of books, CDs and games are available. The location of the apartment in the far east of Germany offers a variety of ways to make your holiday varied by the proximity to the Czech Republic and Poland, the Zittau Mountains, the recreation centers Olbersdorfer and Bertsdorfer See.
The place has in outdoor pool, discounter, pharmacy, doctors, bakers etc. Numerous museums, sights and excursion destinations (summer toboggan run, etc.) can be found in the immediate vicinity. Tourist destinations such as the cultural city of Dresden (about 1.5 hours drive away), the dinosaur park Kleinwelka, Liberec and Jeschken (cable car), culture island Einsiedel, boat trip on the Neisse, hiking in Germany and the Czech Republic .... are easily accessible. Seifhennersdorf has public transport, the area can also be explored by bike. The border crossing with the Czech Republic is only 2 km away.

Very homely place

Great place for a family stay. From the minute we arrived we felt at home. The accommodation was very spacious, with a nice garden (fenced, so that our dog could enjoy the grass). The beds were also very comfortable. Our host was also provided a small welcoming gift for the dog, and while we haven't seen her, we could always reach her father, who lived nextdoors and was also very helpful.

Die Ferienwohnung war prima eingerichtet, gemütlich und praktisch. Wir hatten tolle Ferientage im Herbst, genossen das nahegelegene Zittauer Gebirge mit Fels- und Wald-Wanderungen, Burg Oybin, Schmalspurbahn, Jonsdorf, .... Bis nach Varnsforf, Tschechien, kann man zu Fuß spazieren, nach Zittau oder in die Kurorte sind es nur wenige Autominuten. Danke für das schöne Quartier!

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war zu viert mit Hund vollkommen ausreichend. Die Ausstattung war vielfältig. Wir haben auch die Terrasse gern genutzt. In der Umgebung sind wir gewandert und waren Sommerrodelbahn fahren sowie im Kletterwald.

Sehr große schöne Ferienwohnung, immer ein angenehmer Ort zum ausruhen nach den Aktivitäten. Im Juni gab es sogar Glühwürmchen zu bestaunen. Garten gemütlich zum frühstücken oder ausruhen. Plus keine Mücken, obwohl der Teich gleich daneben ist. Kinder waren auch sehr zufrieden. Ferienwohnung ist zu empfehlen. Trixi Bad in Großschönau ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Wohnung in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. LG

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Geräumige Unterkunft, für 4 Erwachsene. Die Gastgeberin ist nett und Ihr Vater war sehr hilfsbereit bei unserer kleinen Panne mit dem Auto. Für den 1 Tag wurde an Getränke als Willkommensgruß gedacht und wurden heiße Getränke, Gewürze u.v.a bereit gestellt. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Große familienfreundliche Wohnung mit vielen liebevollen Details

Wir können diese FeWo uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Groß, sauber, in einer schönen Umgebung mit sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Wir haben uns schnell Zuhause gefühlt, die Fewo ist als Basiscamp bei Ausflügen aber auch wenn man mal nicht raus kann sehr zu empfehlen. Spiele für Groß und klein sind vorhanden, alles ist in einem guten Zustand!
