Situated just steps to the community beach access, everyone can spend the day basking in the sun, surfing, swimming, and searching for shells. Capture the sunrise from the top-level deck while you enjoy your morning coffee and when you are ready to read your favorite book the mid-level covered deck will be the perfect spot for that. End your adventurous day floating in your own private pool or relaxing in the hot tub. The top-level great room provides comfortable seating, a cozy seasonal fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining area has a table that seats 8 and seating for 2 on the island in the well-equipped kitchen that the chef of the group will surely enjoy. Ocean-facing sun decks are accessible from the great room where you can enjoy the ocean views and sea breezes.

Exploring the area: Venture out to the Town of Duck and check out the many shops, restaurants, Duck Amphitheater, and Town Park and take a stroll along the soundside boardwalk the perfect place to capture an amazing sunset.

Beach Access: Just across the street from the house. Head out of the driveway and cross the cul-de-sac to access walkway.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets.. Access to the Stair tamer requires a remote which must be picked up at the office and requires a $65 plus tax security deposit, refundable when returned. No refunds for mechanical issues. Stair tamer is only for luggage and groceries. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
