The villa features:

Large sliding glass doors throughout the villa invite ocean breezes and natural light, creating an effortless indoor–outdoor flow. Whether you’re cooking together, hosting a private chef dinner, or simply relaxing with a book and a view, the villa feels open, comfortable, and welcoming.

Ultra-fast fiber optic Wi-Fi (up to 1 Gbps with backup service) supports remote work, video calls, and streaming with ease.

When booking the entire villa, all guest spaces are private to your group, including the pool, terraces, and common areas.

GUEST ACCESS & PARKING

Guests may pull up to the villa to unload luggage. Parking is not permitted in the alley, but free street parking is available nearby on adjacent streets.

- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Complimentary early check-in from 3:00 PM when available
- Priority early check-in (from noon) and late checkout (to 5:00 PM) available for a fee when possible
- Smoke-free property (smoking off-site only)
- No parties or events (best suited for relaxing getaways)
- Stairs required: 17 steps to villa entrance, with multiple staircases inside. The Guests stay on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the property
- Damage Waiver: $35 USD (covers accidental damage up to $500)
- Security Deposit Hold: $1,000 USD authorization placed within 48 hours of check-in (not a charge) on the card on file for the reservation
- Indoor size: approx. 4,000 sq ft / 372 sq m
- Outdoor areas: approx. 1,200 sq ft / 111.5 sq m
- Fiber optic Wi-Fi up to 1 Gbps + 150 Mbps backup

FAMILY NOTE

Families with children are welcome; however, the villa is not childproof. There is an unfenced pool, open stairs, low railings, and breakable artwork and pottery. Parents are encouraged to reach out before booking to ensure the villa is a good fit.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Some hosts and staff live onsite in separate private apartments and are available if needed, while fully respecting guest privacy. The main villa, pool, terraces, and guest spaces are reserved entirely for your group.
