Our house is located in a nice side street at the entrance of Montabaur-Horressen. In the immediate vicinity there are many recreational opportunities such. Walk, hike, trim path and a swimming pool. The forest as well as fields and meadows overlooking Montabaur Castle are only about 200 meters away. The city center of Montabaur, the outlet center and the hospital are within easy reach. The newly renovated apartment is located in a beautiful, prestigious house with a park-like plot (1500sqm), several seating, barbecue, pond with stream. A wooden summerhouse is also available. It is 3 km to the motorway or ICE train station.
