This completely new and comfortably furnished apartment is located on the Baltic Sea in Koserow on the island of Usedom and is rented all year round. It is modernly furnished and suitable for 2-4 persons. The apartment is completely covered with laminate and tiles. Wi-Fi is available for free.

Bilder und Text haben nicht zuviel versprochen

Wir waren positiv überrascht von unserer Ferienwohnung. Als wir die Wohnungstür geöffnet haben,wehte uns ein frischer und sauberer Duft entgegen und das obwohl wir schon um 13 Uhr statt 16 Uhr einchecken durften. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet ,alles gepflegt und recht neu. Das ganze Gebäude ist sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler "Wohneinheiten" in der Nähe war es angenehm ruhig. Wir können diese Wohnung in Koserow nur empfehlen!!!

Immer wieder gern

Wir zwei waren letztes Jahr schon einmal in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben auch den Sommerurlaub dieses Jahr wieder in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber bei der Übergabe und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Ferienanlage. Die Kommunikation mit der Gästenetreuerin lief reibungslos und mega freundlich. Der Strand liegt auf Grund dessen, dass man erst eine Erhöhung runter muss, gute 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne noch einmal wieder!!

Super Unterkunft

Wir sind schon das 2 mal in dieser Anlage gewesen . Sehr zu begrüßen ist die Lage , quasi direkt am Wasser . Die Wohnung war sehr hochwertig und neu eingerichtet . Bei Gelegenheit kehren wir gerne wieder dort ein .

Toll, absolut zu empfehlen

Eine Woche haben wir hier unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht. Zusammen mit meinem Bruder hat es uns hier an nichts gefehlt. Die Übergabe lief reibungslos, zusammen mit einer sehr netten Gästebetreuerin. Bei der Ankunft fiel uns auf, dass auf der Hertabdeckung Brotkrümel lagen, als hätte man da vergessen drüber zu wischen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung aber tip top sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns das große Bett und das sehr modern eingerichtete und schöne Bad inklusive der tollen Dusche. Außerdem war es toll, dass an jedem Fenster ein Fliegengitter angebracht war, auch an dem Zugang zum Balkon. So konnte man immer schön durchlüften. Zum Strand läuft man 10 Minuten bei normalem Tempo. Der Strand war nie zu überfüllt. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wohnung war ok, leider aber mit Ameisen am Esstisch

Wir waren leider mit der Wohnung nicht zufrieden. Am Esstisch waren Ameisen. Reaktion der Gästebetreuerin war nur 2 an die Wohnungstür gehängt Ameisenköder am Folgetag. Kommunikation war sehr spartanisch und vieles musste extra bezahlt werden (Bettwäsche ( muss übrigens dann auch selbst aufgezogen werden), Handtücher, spätere Ankunft als 17 Uhr). Hier haben wir einen anderen Empfang am Urlaubsort kennen und schätzen gelernt.
