For all who love the special we recommend our apartment 3. It consists of 2 bedrooms one with Schlaraffia's comfortable box-spring bed with power steering, large wardrobe and TV and the other with a colonial double bed with direct access to the terrace and the spacious garden. The apartment also has a luxurious shower room with overhead shower and shower. The designer kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and high quality induction box. The generously designed living room invites you to cozy evenings in front of the fireplace during the winter months. In the warmer months you can relax on the terrace with high quality seating and barbecue.

Schöne Unterkunft

Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alle Elektrogeräte vorhanden, sogar eine Senseo. Es sind ca 1,5 km zum Wasser, egal in welche Richtung. Das Objekt ist jedenfalls optimal für einen Urlaub mit Hund, da ein großer, eingezäunter Garten dabei ist. Zum Ort selbst, sehr teuer, ein Glas Bier, 0.5 Liter, über 5 Euro, essen auch sehr teuer, kaum unter 20 Euro, Fischbrötchen an 4,50 Euro aufwärts. Aber es ist ja Urlaub. Wir waren jeden Tag einmal Essen. Fazit, Objekt super, alles andere zu teuer.

Häufig schlechter Fernsehempfang

Das Internet war zeitweise weg und der Fernsehempfang war täglich schlecht. Den Duschabfluss hat die Reinigungsfachkraft auf Verlangen gereinigt, da er verstopft war. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns gut gefallen .

ein tolles Domizil.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung Karlo 3 ist angerenzent mit Garten. Schön für Hund mit auslauf. Ruhige Lage und man ist schnell im Zentrum von Büsum. In der Nähe ist ein Bäcker und viele Einkauf möglichkeiten.

Sehr entspannte Woche

Sehr schönes Appartement, vor allem der großzügige Garten ist mit Hund Gold wert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wieder kommen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man selbst für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man erreicht zu Fuss alle wichtigen Sachen (Einkaufen, Essen, Strand).

Naja...!

Die bildhafte Beschreibung der Wohnung ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand.Der Gasgrill und der Strandkorb im Garten fehlen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt die Wohnung ordentlich,bei genauerem Hinschauen ergeben sich doch erhebliche Mängel in der Sauberkeit und der technischen Ausstattung. In der Wohnung sind Haustiere erlaubt,aber es ist zu erwarten das die vielen Hundehaare beseitigt werden,besonders im Bereich der Terrassentür. Das Boxspringbett wies im Bettkasten Spinnengewebe und Taschentücher und Chipstüte vom Vormieter auf. Gleichzeitiges Fernsehschauen auf zwei Geräten nicht möglich(Wz +Sz). Das haben wir gemeldet,weil es sehr störend war,z.T.hat sich ein Fernseher einfach ausgeschaltet,laut Aussage des Vermieters ,ist das normal bei einer Satellitenanlage.Aha! Der zweite Wohnungsschlüssel ,den wir sehr gerne wg.getrennter Unternehmungen gehabt hätten,war trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage ,nicht verfügbar! Nach Meldung der Mängel,avisierte der Vermieter einen Kontakt am nächsten Morgen so gegen 10.00. Bis 11.00 Uhr gab es keinen Kontakt,weder telefonisch,per Mail oder persönlich. Daduch fühlten wir uns nicht ernstgenommen und die Konsequenz aus all diesen Dingen ist für uns klar...wir werden dort auf kein

Urlaub an der Mühle

Selten eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bewohnt. Es fehlte an nichts. Uns gefiel die Größe der Wohnung, die Raumaufteilung und vor allem der große, schöne Garten, den wir oft von der Terrasse aus nutzten!! Alles in allem sehr schön...

Schöne Wohnung, ideal für Urlaub mit Hund

Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung, die keine Wünsche an die Ausstattung offen lässt. Der komplett eingezäunte Garten ist ideal für Urlaub mit Hund. Das Haus liegt in einer stärker befahrenen Nebenstraße, da es aber etwas zurückgesetzt ist, stört der Verkehr kaum. In fünf Minuten hat man zu Fuß die Fußgängerzone Büsums erreicht. Zum Gassi gehen mit dem Hund braucht man auch nicht länger um im freien Feld zu sein. Die Wohnung ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub einfach nur zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr um das Wohl der Feriengäste bemüht. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und freundlich.
