Spend the most beautiful days of the year in a comfortable holiday resort in the style of classic resort architecture. The house is located in a quiet side street, just a few meters from the kilometer-long sandy beach and the promenade. The house has a sauna and invites you to linger in the winter months. Within walking distance there are numerous restaurants and cafes as well as a small shopping center, the "Colonades".
Enjoy your stay in this spacious 3-room apartment. Located on the first floor, this is easily accessible via the elevator. On a floor space of approximately 64m ² there are two separate bedrooms, a living area with an integrated kitchenette and a bathroom. Two balconies are available, from one you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.
Living and cooking
The apartment is decorated in warm colors and equipped with high quality furniture. New is the beautiful couch, which can be converted as an additional or alternative sleeping place.
The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with a small fridge and a microwave. A dishwasher makes the equipment complete. The house is located in a quiet side street in Kühlungsborn-West, just a few meters from the kilometer-long sandy beach and the promenade. Within walking distance are numerous restaurants and cafés, as well as a shopping center.

In the basement of the complex, a Finnish sauna, a sanarium and an associated relaxation room invite you to relax.
The complex has a bicycle storage room, which is also located in the basement of the house. Washer and dryer can be used for a fee. There is a Wi-Fi hotspot in the lobby, which guests can use for free. The apartment has its own parking space on the property.

A separate bedroom has a nice double bed. From here you can access one of the two balconies. The second bedroom has two single beds. Ample storage space for the holiday wardrobe was thought in both rooms.

Kurzurlaub am Meer

Super Lage direkt am Strand, sehr zentral. Optimal auch für Familien mit Kindern, ein Spielplatz ist gleich um die Ecke. Wohnung schön hell und geräumig. Alles notwendige vorhanden.

Große FeWo direkt am Meer

Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig, die Lage - direkt gegenüber der Ostsee - einfach genial, ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind noch verbesserungswürdig und mit nur 1 Handwerkerstunde leicht zu beheben: Wandbild in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer hängt schief, Küchentüren sind locker, Badrollo ist ausgehackt..., ich persönlich bevorzuge in FeWo wischbare Bodenbelägen ggü. fleckigem Teppichboden, Kopfkissen, Steppdecke und besonders Matrazenauflage sollten mal gewaschen werden

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt nah an der Ostsee. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Eigener Parkplatz. Freundliches Personal beim Einchecken.
