Für die Ferienwohnung spricht die gute Lage. Strand , Ostseee, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Gastronomie sind gut und ohne übertriebene Laufwege zu erreichen. Auch wenn die Ostsee nicht direkt zu sehen ist so liegt sie doch gewissermaßen vor der Haustür. Zu beachten wäre, wenn eventuell ein Handycap vorliegt, das die Wohnung sich im 3. Stockwerk befindet- also ein kleiner sportlicher Auf.- oder Abstieg erforderlich ist. Einrichtung ist ausreichend, geschmackvoll und praktikabell.

Großzügige Wohnung in Toplage

Schöne, großzügige DG-Wohnung in zweiter Reihe an der Ostseeallee. Toplage für einen Kübo-Aufenthalt. Pragmatisch ausgestattet. Südbalkon. Einziges Manko: kein Aufzug im Gebäude.
