Imagine overlooking the 14th green of Cypress Woods Golf Course, a private 18 hole Championship course with transferrable membership privileges including golf, pickleball (8 courts), tennis courts (2 courts), restaurant, bar, leagues/activities, a 24 hour fitness center, 4 pools and more! Only 15 min to white sand Gulf beaches, in the heart of North Naples!
The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is on the second floor of the building with a nice screened in porch overlooking the golf course. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom just outside the door. Spacious living room, two tables and two dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and easy access to all of the club's great amenities!
Cypress Trace has 3 pools accessible to our guests. If you choose to transfer the Golf club membership, you have access to all of the amenities of the Cypress Woods Club and Community. Click Here for a Video Tour of our Condo
Golf club membership can be transferred at the guest's request and are paid directly to Cypress Woods. The transfer fee is $300 regardless of how long the rental period, plus a one time $275 application fee.

Hello! Our family (Jess, me, our son JJ, and Nelson our big friendly Bernese Mountain Dog) live in Freeport, Maine. We own and operate ProActive Properties and have been hosting guests in some of our favorite travel destinations since 2014. I also own an international travel company, ActivSport Travel, and Jess has extensive experience in education as a high school math teacher and leading international educational tours.
