The luxurious Villa Malo is located just 1400 meters from the sea in a quiet hillside location on the outskirts of Pitsidia. It's only a 8-minute drive to Komos Beach or 20-minute walk across the fields .
The villa is located on a private property of 4000 m², surrounded by olive trees. Ideal for nature lovers who are looking for something special.
Villa Malo offers you high-quality furnishings spread over three levels: 42 m2 pool including children's pool, 170 m2 living space, 350 m2 outdoor areas with five furnished terraces and three of them covered, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

All bedrooms have direct access to outdoor terraces.
The modern and fully equipped open kitchen with fireplace has direct access to the main terrace with wunderful views of the crystal blue sea. One area of the terrace here is equipped with a wind and sun-protected veranda, where there is also a Weber gas grill. From the living area with SmartTv you have access to two other terrace.
On the upper level there are also two double rooms, a single room (bed width of 1.20) and two bathrooms.

The fourth bedroom (double room) is one level below, which you can reach via an outside staircase. You can expect a private bathroom, separate entrance and your own sun terrace with unique sea views. here is also a separate room with washing maschine and dryer.

A few steps further comes the last level, also with a view of the sea, where there is a heatable pool, a covered terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a dining table with chairs, and a small fitness room with a refrigerator, a large mirror, yoga mats and training weights.

The comfortable villa has a central fun coil cooling/heating system that can be individually controlled from anywhere.
The villa is also suitable for winter holidays as the underfloor heating and the closed fireplace create ideal conditions for this.
There are enough parking spaces available in front of the house.

Everything in Pitsidia is within walking distance. For example, you can have a great breakfast at "Onira" and end the evening with a good glass of wine in one of the many delicious restaurants (e.g. Raftis with a chef).
It's about a 5-minute walk to one of the supermarkets in the village.

There are music events twice a week on the village square. These evenings have a great atmosphere.

There are hiking opportunities in the surrounding area, both easy and adventurous...

There are many sights to explore: Palace of Phaistos, Gortyna and Agia Triada archaeological site, Moni Odigitrias Monastery and much more.

Beautiful beaches: Komos, Matala, Red Beach, Kalamaki, Agiofarago, Lentas, Tripiti, Preveli, etc.

The museum in Vori or the Archaeological Museum Messara in Gortis can also be reached quickly.
