This magnificent Breton house with outdoor pool is located 4 km from one of the most popular beaches in the north of Finistère and can accommodate 10 people.



Situated in the greenery, on a large fenced 2200 m² plot, this beautiful vacation home offers a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. From the bedroom on the 2nd floor you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea. The tranquility and beauty of the landscapes will delight you. Look forward to a relaxation area with a 40 m² secured pool heated to 27° C from May to early October. There is also a cinema room. The very large volume of this modern and bright house offers all the comforts for an unforgettable stay. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with private bathrooms. The geographical location is ideal to explore the côte des légendes.



The beautiful village of Kerlouan (4 km) offers many water sports such as kayaking, sailing, diving and paddling for adventurers! Some will find their happiness walking along the paths (on foot, by bike or on horseback) carefully maintained and marked for sport and discovery (crosses, chapels, fountains). Among the sights to be discovered is the village of Meneham (7 km) and the hamlet of Kerlouan. Along the 34 km coastline you will find sandy beaches, rocky coves and dune areas of great beauty. Known for its pure and wild environment, here you can feel the Celtic origin.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est très bien pensée pour que l on s y sente vraiment bien. Chacun y peut avoir son autonomie. La maison et le jardin sont décorés avec goût ! La literie est très confortable également. Petit plus : la piscine surtout en cas de beau temps ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. J'espère que nous pourrons y retourner, on s y sent bien !

Très jolie maison bretonne rénovée entièrement avec goût avec un très grand parking intérieur. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. La maison est très bien équipée et la literie de très bonne qualité. Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants.La piscine chauffée, les transats, le coin barbecue, la salle de cinéma, le terrain de pétanque avec les boules à disposition, on ne s'ennuie pas. Seul "bémol", le gestionnaire Novasol qui a refusé l'annulation ou le changement de dates de séjour suite aux décisions gouvernementales concernant les vacances scolaires avancées. Nous sommes donc partis à 6 au lieu de 10.

Excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison

Superbe maison tout confort récemment rénové avec très bon goût, la piscine a été parfaite pendant cette semaine ensoleillé. Calme garanti ! La situation est idéale pour découvrir le Finistère nord et ses îles (embarcadère pour Ouessant et Batz à 40 min).
