Simple and cozy apartment located in Alhama Golf Resort urbanization in Murcia. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and 1 pet is accepted. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
On the top floor there is a large terrace with tables and chairs, which invites you to relax, barbecue and enjoy views of the mountains. In addition, this urbanization has several community pools.
The town center is just a 5-minute walk away and offers a variety of services: Supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants. This area offers numerous sports activities such as tennis, paddle tennis, soccer and fitness, in addition to the exclusive Jack Nicklaus 18-hole golf course. Ideal for families with children.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own.
