But the location also convinces the sun-hungry guest: it is just 50 meters to the Baltic Sea and the kilometer-long beach promenade. And yet you live quietly in the second row. A car parking space and storage facilities for bicycles are located directly at the house.

Living and cooking
The living room was renovated in 2017 and refurbished with high quality furniture. The sofa can be pulled out and used as an additional bed. From the living room you can directly access the sheltered balcony. A 2-burner stove, a refrigerator, a microwave and a dishwasher are available in the integrated kitchenette. You prepare your coffee in the Senseo coffee machine (there is also a "normal" filter coffee machine). The dining area is located in the immediate vicinity of the kitchen and thus enables short distances. In the attic of the house there is a washing machine and a dryer with a coin operated machine. The house "Ostseewelle" is located in the first row directly on the Ostseeallee. It is particularly characterized by its quiet location. The lake promenade, which runs along the kilometer-long beach, as well as the beach chair rental and children's playground are around 50 meters away. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, cafés and many shops. The city forest directly behind the house is ideal for walking, jogging and walking, but also for cycling.
