This holiday apartment is located just a few meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach of Kühlungsborn. The beach and the harbor promenade with the promenade offer a perfect relaxation offer. The wellness and leisure oasis Kübomare with sauna and swimming pool is in the immediate vicinity.
The cozy apartment offers you everything you need for your vacation. Here you can relax excellently after an eventful day of vacation.
You enter the apartment through a small hallway, which is adjacent to the open living and dining area.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. You will find a stove with ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and sufficient dishes.
The dining area with 4 seats offers space to feast.
The comfortable living area is furnished with a sofa bed and cozy armchairs. After an eventful day on vacation, put your feet up here, relax or let the day end on the cozy terrace. You can enter this directly from the living area. A flat screen TV with cable connection, radio and CD player complete the entertainment offer.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. A spacious closet completes the interior of the bedroom.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and a hair dryer.
For our little guests there is a travel cot with a separate mattress and a high chair available free of charge.
A free parking lot is in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte reibungslos. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Alles notwendige für einen Urlaub ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung sauber und im guten Zustand. Die Nähe zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ein weiteres Plus.

Check In spätestens 15 Uhr wurde angegeben. Um 17 Uhr kam jedoch erst das Reinigungspersonal am Anreisetag. Begründung war „heute war viel zu tun.“ Desweiteren starker kalter Rauchgeruch. Die Lage war exzellent, jedoch wurde dies durch den Rauchgeruch und die verspätete Reinigung getrübt.

Sehr tolle Wohnung und perfekte Lage

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist Perfekt und sehr Strandnah. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel erfolgte nach kurzer telefonischer Absprache reibungslos. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung gern weiter.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, die der Objektbeschreibung entspricht und gemütlich ist. Gute Ausstattung auch mit netten Kleinigkeiten (Kaffee zur Begrüßung) neben der vollständigen Ausstattung mit allem, was man im Alltag braucht, gab es auch dir Dinge, die man gerne vergisst, wie ausreichend Filtertüten, Müllbeutel etc. Alles in allem hat die FEWO mit ihrer Top Lage und Ausstattung zu einem schönen Urlaub beigetragen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Es ist eine kleine, aber sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sie bietet alles was man im Alltag braucht und ist nicht weit weg vom Strand. Fußweg 5 Minuten. Die Vermieter und die Verwalter sind nett und immer ansprechbar. Alles bestens. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!
