Haus Bernstein WE 4: bright and modern 2-room apartment with south-west facing balcony

This bright and inviting 2-room apartment (approx. 39 m²) on the ground floor offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The living room and bedroom feature high-quality wood-look laminate flooring, while the kitchen area and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate up to 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious, light-filled, and modern living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, an armchair and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and various cabinets and shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 4 m² sunny and partially covered balcony (facing southwest) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax, enjoying the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave with baking function, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a nightstand with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains or blackout blinds.

The modern bathroom features a low-entry shower (senior-friendly!), a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

On the lower level of the house, a beautiful on-site sauna with a relaxation room is available to you for a small fee.

A (coin-operated) washing machine in the basement is available for use by all guests.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat closet (with a shoe rack) in the entryway of the apartment.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 4) assigned to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the residential complex grounds. If you are not bringing your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. For occupancy by 3 or 4 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
