Nice holiday apartment with balcony, tastefully furnished and including underground parking and use of the in-house wellness area in general
This small but fine apartment for a maximum of four people is in a fantastic location. Ideally, two guests spend a wonderful Baltic holiday here. Idyllically situated between the salt lagoon and the Baltic Sea, the small apartment complex offers well-equipped holiday apartments and its own wellness area with indoor pool, sauna and solarium. A stay is worthwhile even in the cold season.
Living and cooking
The tastefully furnished apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea: a beautiful living room with sitting and dining area. From here you enter the beautiful balcony and enjoy a wonderful and uncluttered view of the surroundings. The kitchenette is integrated in the living area and offers everything that is needed for the small or large holiday kitchen: from the oven to a ceramic hob to the dishwasher, everything is available. Even a Senseo coffee machine is ready for you. The apartment has a parking space in the underground garage. This beautiful holiday complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the Salzhaff and only a few meters from the Baltic Sea beach. Shops, restaurants and cafes are within easy walking distance. A bakery with breakfast options is located directly on the premises.

Altbacken, ungemütlich und im schlechten Pflegezustand

Einrichtung des Appartements entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Altbacken, z. T. abgenutzt und umbequem. Da es nicht ausreichend Abstelllmöglichkeiten gibt, stehen Kinderhochstuhl und Reisebett sowie Stabusauger, Besen und Wischmopp sichtbar in den Ecken. Für uns ungemütlich. Der Kleiderschrankt war zur Hälfte mit Wechselbettzeug belegt. Es gab noch 2 offene Regale (Bad + Schlafzimmer), aber die waren auf Übertürhöhe angebracht und für uns nicht nutzbar. Die Auflagen für die Balkonstühle werden hinter dem Fernseher gelagert und es war eine bunte Mischung, nichts einheitliches. Unser Fazit: diese Wohung nicht wieder!

Sonniger Aufenthalt in Rerik

Verbesserungswürdig: Betten waren etwas niedrig, Korb in der Spülmaschine leicht angerostet Positiv: Lage in der Nähe zum Hafen,Strand und Restaurants, Schwimmbad mit Sauna, Nachmittagssonne auf dem Balkon, funktionsgerechte Einrichtung, gutes W-LAN, guter TV - Empfang. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Waren sehr zufrieden

Rerik ist ein kleiner, überschaubarer aber netter und schöner Ort. Von hier aus haben wir schöne Radtouren und Ausflüge gemacht. FW war klein aber fein. Vor allem das Schwimmbad war schön. Bei unserem Glück mit dem Wetter konnten wir sogar im Oktober auf dem Balkon sitzen. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Kleine Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Praktisch und gut ausgestattet (die Geschirrspülmaschine hat etwas Probleme gemacht).

Toller Urlaub am Salzhaff

Das Objekt macht einen gepflegten Eindruck und die Nähe zur Touristinformation ist sehr von Vorteil. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht , einen schnellen Besuch am Salzhaff und zum Strand . Die Tiefgarage ist auch ein großer Pluspunkt und man hat gleichzeitig einen Platz für die Fahrräder
