Enjoy the beautiful sun terrace of the apartment or take a walk that takes you to the nearby shops, restaurants and cafes. The sea is omnipresent and can be felt in the air: embedded between the salt lagoon and the Baltic Sea, the distances to the water are short. In the neighboring Kurhaus, which you can reach in a few steps via the "own courtyard", the beautiful indoor pool invites you to relax. A sauna and a solarium complete the offer. Bookworms are happy about the library with extensive reading material. Particularly practical: you can get the breakfast rolls from the bakery directly in the facility. You park your car in an assigned parking space in the underground car park. There is also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer available to guests.

The 54m² ground floor apartment offers enough space for the family of four. There is a spacious living room with a seating and dining area and an integrated kitchen. Here you will find all the equipment you need to enjoy yourself while on vacation. In the living area, a modern flat screen TV ensures good entertainment. The Residenz am Kurhaus is nestled between Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea beach. The beautiful beach with its pier is only 100 meters away. Centrally located, all errands can be easily done on foot. There is a bakery with breakfast and cake offerings right on the premises.

The swimming pool is open daily from 8 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.
The sauna can be used on Tuesdays (4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. women only, 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.), Fridays (4:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) and Saturdays (4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Clock mixed).
