The cottage has two separate bedrooms upstairs (1 x double bed and 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed). Also upstairs is the bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor is a bright and comfortably furnished living room. Integrated into the dining area with dining table and Stühen and the fully equipped kitchenette with stove-oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher and much more. Also on the ground floor you will find a guest toilet.   The windows on the ground floor are provided with external blinds. Standard features of the house: a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, satellite TV, gas central heating and 1 parking space at the house.

Rerik ist sehr entschleunigend und immer wieder schön. Das Haus war nicht gereinigt und wir mussten 80 Euro für eine Endreinigung zahlen, obwohl wir das Haus

Entspannung gelungen

Das Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet - Geschirrtücher usw. sollte man selbst mitbringen, ein scharfes Messer wäre auch eine gute Idee gewesen ;) Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar - Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Salzhaff, … Einen Grill, Wäscheständer und Sandspielzeug findet man im Schuppen. Es ist ein toller Ort zum Entspannen :)

Bis auf Mücken im Objekt, trotz geschlossener Fenster, die wir in der 1. Nacht mit dem Staubsauger entfernten, war es gut. Strandnah, nicht weit zum Hafen ( dort gibt es leckeres Eis), auf diesem Weg noch ein Bäcker- was will man mehr?

Tolle Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, ganz nah an dem wunderschönen Steilufer und dem Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Nur das Internet hat gefehlt.

Es hätte so schön sein können

Die Schlüsselübergabe per Safe mit Code war perfekt. Das Objekt war offensichtlich lange nicht bewohnt. Obwohl wir +9 Grad Außentemperatur hatten, hat die Heizung 2 Tage bei komplette aufgedrehten Thermostaten gebraucht um 19 Grad innen zu erzeugen. Konnten uns nur im Essbereich aufhalten, da wir dort direkt vor einem Heizkörper sitzen konnten. Auf Warmwasser hat man sehr lange gewartet. WC-Sitz im Gäste-WC stark beschädigt. Alle Ablageflächen im Wohnzimmer und sämtliche Küchenschränke und Ablagen sehr verschmutzt. Da auch Besteckkasten völlig verdreckt, mussten wir vor Benutzung erst mal alles abwaschen. Im Bad vershimmelte WC-Papierrolle. Fenster und besonders die Rahmen wurden lange nicht gereinigt. Wir wussten gar nicht, dass es so etwas gibt. Parken direkt vor der Tür und Lage waren okay. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder nach Rerik, aber nicht wiedr in diese Unterkunft.

Netter Kurzurlaub übet den Jahreswechsel

Kurze Wege zu Strand , Supermarkt und Ostsee sind eine gute Ausgangsbasis für einen entspannten Familienaufenthalt. Die Fewo selbst ist gut ausgestattet, wenn man von einem kleinen Reparturstau absieht (untere Verkleidung Gastherme fehlt, Gardinenstange war abgerissen, Schälchen und Obstmesser unvollständig/fehlten). Kleinigkeiten.
