The newly renovated and fully furnished apartment (30 sqm) is quiet, yet centrally located in the old town of Rudolstadt. All sights in Rudolstadt are within easy walking distance. The accommodation units for 2 people have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Living room / bedroom (1-2 people with double bed 140x200 m) are equipped with cable TV.
The beds are made, towels and tea towels are provided. WiFi available. The apartment is equipped with laminate and therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers.
Pets only possible on request, with an additional final cleaning fee.
There is a parking space for each residential unit on a lockable property (approx. 50 meters away).

Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung hatte ein sehr bequemes Bett, ein schönes modernes Bad, einen großen Fernseher und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnungstür könnte bisschen besser abdichten, das Auto konnte trocken und sicher abgestellt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Entspannter Kurztrip

Klein aber fein, Check In und Kommunikation waren sehr unkompliziert. Einzig das Geschirr und die Pfannen/Töpfe waren teilweise nicht sauber, ansonsten alles top.

Schicke kleine Apartment mit hevorragender Ausstattung

Die Apartments sind sehr günstig gelegen, mit wenigen Schritten erreicht man das schöne Zentrum von Rudolstadt. Der separate, abgeschlossener Parkplatz ist ebenfalls nah am Apartment. Das Apartment selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Zusätzlich gibt es auch noch einen Gästeschrank mit fast allen Dingen des täglichen Lebens. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt, da jemand wirklich mitgedacht! Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls klasse. Aus unserer Sicht "Daumen hoch", eine absolute Empfehlung!

Mit dieser Unterkunft macht eine Reise nach Rudolstadt noch mehr Spaß

Die kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Das sollte Standart für viele andere Ferienwohnung in Deutschland sein!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung, welche vor allem sehr durchdacht war (z.B. Ladekabel für Handy). Ich würde die Lage der Ferienwohnung in der Beschreibung noch etwas detaillierter angeben, da diese Wohnung direkt neben dem Eingang liegt. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Sehr saubere Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr neu und in der Küche sind alle benötigten Gerätschaften vorhanden. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und auch andere Wanderungen kann man von da aus unternehmen.

Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung warm, wir wurden mit Schokolade und einer Flasche Sekt empfangen. Das Bad und die Wohnung war neu saniert, alles sehr sauber, in der Küche fehlte nichts an Utensilien. Weiter empfehlenswert,da die Lage im Ort sehr günstig ist.

Wunderschöne FeWo

Eine ganz liebevoll eingerichtete, komplett neu sanierte FeWo. Eine so liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft hatten wir bis dato nicht gehabt. Es ist an alles gedacht, vom multi Ladekabel für Handys bis hin zur Thermoskanne für Unternehmungen an kalten Tagen. Lob an die Vermieter!

Kann man Buchen

Top Lage, Zimmer, Sauberkeit aber man sollte die Pflanze entfernen, überall kleine Fliegen sind aus der Erde gekommen, das war unangenehm. Es benötigt keine Zimmerpflanzen bei einer Ferienwohnung.

Gute Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt in Rudolstadt hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist günstig zum Ortszentrum gelegen, sauber und ordentlich und offensichtlich mit Umsicht eingerichtet. Als ein besonderes Plus empfanden wir die Möglichkeit, unser Auto auf dem abschließbaren Hof unterzubringen.
