Welcome to the Wohlfühl-OASE Schmalkalden (up to 5 people)

Unlock the door and feel good. The apartment has been completely renovated and is occasionally used by me (owner).
The spacious apartment has 70 m³ with a separate entrance. Very open and generously designed. The charming half-timbered style gives the apartment that special flair.
Very easy to reach by bus, train or car. The 300 meters to the city center are wonderful within walking distance, but the bus leaves about 30 meters in front of the house.

The living room
The apartment is equipped with a large 1.40 m bed, and a sofa bed. Stereo, Smart TV, super fast WiFi and NETFLIX.
The large free parking is located directly behind the house.

This newly renovated apartment is characterized mainly by the charm of the framework. The combination of wood materials and modern equipment creates a balance of coziness and functionality. Whether you want to rest after a hard day's work or after a long sightseeing trip through Schmalkalden (or Oberhof, Suhl, Meiningen, Rennsteig and many more) - you're in the right place.
The sleeping area is large enough with a 1.40 m bed, even for 2 people to cuddle. Make yourself comfortable, so that you are fit again the next day.

The living room is the heart of my apartment, because on the cozy sofa you can feel at home! If necessary, the couch can be converted into a comfortable bed. Be careful, the sofa tempts you to take a nap, which is often a sleep.
The bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself. Some basics such as spices, coffee, tea and pasta are also available. Use my electric stove to conjure up the dish of your choice - enough pots, pans and sharp knives are available.
Enjoy your meal or a nice game night at the dining table, which offers enough space for up to 5 people.
In the daylight bath not only a big shower is waiting for you, but also lots of fresh towels. A hairdryer with a lot of power can be found there as well.
