That was our incentive when we designed and completed this beautiful, cozy, modern, handicapped suitable apartment last year. It consists of a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A spacious bedroom with a super comfortable box spring bed and a large closet that offers plenty of storage space. The kitchen is connected to the living room and forms the heart of this apartment. It has a large fridge / freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster and invites you to cook together. In the living room there is a large TV and a comfortable sofa, which, thanks to its integrated function, offers sleeping space for 2 additional people. Immediately in front of the apartment is a cozy terrace, which invites you to linger not only on mild summer nights. We also offer you parking on the property.

You will find our beautiful, cozy, modern apartment in Cleverns, a district of Jever. It is only 3 km from here to the city center and the historical beauties that the city has to offer. These include the castle, the old mill and the numerous fountains steeped in history. The Frisian Brewery also invites you to a tour.
In a maximum of 20 minutes you can reach our beautiful, East Frisian beaches by car.
Bed linen € 7.50 / p. P. and towels € 3.50 / p. P. can optionally be booked.

Rental prices for long-term rentals (more than 4 weeks) are individually negotiable.
In the low season, bookings of less than 7 days are also possible in exceptional cases.
