This is a gorgeous, newly renovated home with a ton of great amenities! Everything in this house was renovated in 2022, including the floors, HVAC, kitchen, bathroom, patio, new fire pit, all appliances, and all new furniture! The house is great for anyone that wants to be close to the beach, golf course, or wineries. Located just a short 10 minute drive to Weko Beach, 5 minutes from Pebblewood golf course, and right in the middle of a TON of wineries. Why they chose this property
We have always wanted to have other houses in the area that other people could enjoy as well. Once this property came on the market we knew it would make a great short term rental. The layout on the home is great and the area could not be any better.
What makes this property unique
Being so close to the beach and wineries is what made us fall in love with the home. The hot tub on the patio at night is just an added bonus!
