Muffy’s Place is walking and biking distance to downtown Dunedin and blocks from the Pinellas Trail.
There are two bikes and two kayaks available for guest use.
There is an outdoor charcoal grill and fire pit in a spacious backyard.
Laundry room with washer and dryer, detergent and bleach are also available.
Kitchen is fairly stocked. There is a small and large coffee maker and a tea kettle with an array of coffee and teas in the cupboard.
